Why not add an apple to your meal? I’ve increased my daily fiber intake by eating two apples per day.
It has 5 grams of fiber (for a medium-sized apple). Get my apples from Trader Joe’s

I hate driving in traffic.
It just sucks big time.
People in my city spend so much time on the road.
I make use of my drive time by listening to books on tapes and
especially of personal development materials. I heard a speaker say
you can turn your driving time your “University On Wheels” and that’s

Make sure you stretch and loosen up tight muscles before, during and after your training session.
Hold out the stretches out for a full minute. This
stretching routine should take no longer than 12 minutes.
Think of your muscles and ligaments like rubber bands. If
you stretch them briefly the will snap back quick but by
holding them in the stretched position, this will deepen and
