Auld Lang Syne for Bush and the Neo Cons! Let’s sing this!

I expect that we all will breath a sigh of relief, when our count down clocks are restared not to go to New Year but to the Anaguration Day.  Should we all sing Auld Lang Syne?  May I suggest a version to sing, slightly modified for the occasion?
