جواز دخول أقسام الشرطة بالمحمول
المحكمة أكدت فى حيثياتها أن شعار الشرطة هو خدمة الشعب وهو الشعار الذى يستقيم معه حكم المادة 184 من الدستور، مشيرا إلى عدم وجود ثمة ضرر من دخول تلك الأجهزة إلى أقسام الشرطة، بل إن منعها يعد انتهاكا لحقوق المواطنين فى الاتصال والخصوصية، وبذلك يكون قرار وزير الداخلية جاء مخالفا لنصوص الدستور وقانون الاتصالات رقم 10 لسنة 2003.
