Where is the Ring? With R & Y Augousti

R&Y Augousti has another unusual stunner in their inventory. This beautiful python bag combines the colors of bone and lavender, a most uncommon combination, to the tune of a beautiful harmony.

The ring clutch has a suede interior in a matching lovely purple with a small zip pocket (to hold the tiny things near). The dimensions are perfect for a clutch -- 10" x 5" -- not monstrous in size as some currently are.

Made of python with brass and stone for decoration, this bag is available at Barneys for $690. This is truly an unusual bag in a regal style, and can make an impact with an ensemble, both day or night. It goes well with neutrals and black, both jeans and a gown.

This designer has designs that evoke both old style brocade, geometry from the Art Deco era, and sumptuous colors. I feel like these bags could have been made in the 30s, and have been reproduced for our wearing pleasure.
