They are most likely not to have a lot of muscles so don’t make them look like Charles Atlas or Jack Lalanne.

It has been quite a while since I have posted to this site. I have been very busy teaching, consulting and mentoring. I also lost my Dad two days after Christmas. But staying busy helps a lot.
