San Carlos Inventory Analysis Quite a few homes closed escrow this week, which is to be expected after the brisk activity we saw in May and June.  In normal years, the market starts to simmer down for a couple of months as people head off on vacation.   It will be interesting to see if the same pattern holds for this year. June Swoon? Inventory Analysis Activity remained steady this week, with two homes closing escrow and five new listings testing the market.  The active/pending ratio remains at a balanced level for the second consecutive week, which bodes well for the market in general.
