I am in the process of creating a new blog site that is integrated into my website, Cirkla. In the meantime, please check out the Cirkla website. I will be adding articles there until the new blog is completed. Thank you so much for stopping by! Read Full Story
The UN-Mini Mini Expo
Sometime last week, a “Meetup Reminder” appeared in my inbox. It said that there was a free Mini Health & Wellness Expo happening on Sunday in Minnetonka, MN put out by the Minneapolis Spiritualism Meetup Group.  Now, I must admit that I blindly joined a whole host of meetup groups and have ignored just about everything that came into my inbox from Meetup from that day forward, but for some reason this one caught my attention so I decided to actually venture out of my home on ... My New Thing..
Today was the first day of an amazing new project and I am so excited to tell you about it! I know… I’ve been saying that a lot lately, but it is true. Today I interviewed Annie B. Lawrence on BlogTalkRadio! MY INTERVIEW WITH ANNIE Annie is absolutely amazing. I interviewed her as part of a new project for my website, Cirkla, to take a deeper look at some of the incredible people who do the work of healing around the world. I have had SUCH fun meeting and talking with these fascin... Read Full Story
I am Just So Psyched!
This post is a continuation of my latest article on Cirkla. You might want to read that first and then come back… go ahead… I’ll wait! READ THE FIRST ARTICLE OK, so you’re back! Awesome. I am just FULL of energy today. Bouncy. Eric, my fiance, may be thinking that I have gone off the deep end but he is pretty much just laughing at me. I believe that I am like this because, when you know something really good, you tend to just *itch* to tell people about it! That is how... Read Full Story
I Just Love Blogging!

Obama, What Else?!
Jefferson Memorial by MShades on Flickr I am sure that the blogosphere is just flooded this week in posts about Obama, but how can we help ourselves? I didn’t get to see his speech at the time he made it, but I watched it online when I got home from work. Fantastic. We don’t currently have a working television in our home, but I would be tempted to set one up JUST to watch this guy lead our country. Throughout my life, I have always had a disdain for politics. Not because I didn&#... Read Full Story
Tarot Tag
Tarot - Old Gypsy Caravan by Mark Hillary on FlickrI saw a Twitter post by @TarotbyArwen and followed her link to find out what Tarot Tag was… turns out, it is something about listing seven things interesting about yourself.. or 25 things, not sure… I will stick to the seven as this is easier. (I suppose I can’t count laziness as something interesting about myself?) So here goes… SEVEN things that are unique about me! If you are reading this, please either post seven t... Read Full Story

Learning a Bit More about Twitter
I read recently that one should focus their social networking on just one or two sites in order to be “visible” on the web for business. (I wish I had saved the page where I read that so I could give credit!) Anyways, so I was wondering… which network I would choose? A few come to mind as my top favorites. Definitely Facebook would be amongst them. And Twitter. But then there are so many others! I also really love StumbleUpon. I find that StumbleUpon and Facebook really get ... Read Full Story
The Supreme Distraction
Meditation #42 by Good Karma on Flickr My sister has said that I am like a magpie. I easily get distracted by the myriad of things available to me. The internet for me is The Supreme Distraction. I took a few days off from the internet when I went up north to my fiance’s family. Dial-up is not really even worth mentioning so basically they don’t have internet. Although I enjoyed myself, it made me realize just how much I use the internet in my daily life, particularly in my busine... Read Full Story
