A guy at work had a terrible experience this last week. Long story short the city had caused an issue with the water system in his neighborhood which cause major back flow issues in his upstairs bathroom. He said when they finally got the water shutoff, there was 3 inches of water standing in the bathroom and hallway! Why do dump trucks decide to move rock in the middle of rush in town? 70' of duel dump trailers in bumper to bumper traffic screwing up every turn lane in town.
