The Venue - Newstead Abbey The journey time to Newstead Abbey took just over 2 hours. We left Worcester at 8.30am and got stuck in abit of traffic but we still made it with plenty of time to spare. Its now been over a month since our wedding and we’ve now properly settled into married life. Things are pretty much the same except I don’t have to work in a takeaway 6 days a week, I’ve moved to Nottingham and I have a sweet husband to boss about hehehe j/ks. Continuation of my Review of Anantara Resort in the Maldives………….. If anyone is considering going to the Maldives for their Honeymoon I would say to them “Don’t go in March/April as its the hottest time to go and you will get burnt” On our 2nd day we sat in the sun for 4 hours and yes we did get burnt.
