The packaging your plasma panel arrived in - what do you guys do with it?
It's all well and good to keep hold of it if a fault occurs and it needs to be transported somewhere, but you have to draw the line - plus my 5090's packaging wouldn't fit into my attic!
So what is the general consensus when it comes to packaging? Read Full Story
Hi All,
A couple of weeks ago I bought a Nikon D40 after reading loads on the forum...
Ive only got the 18-55mm lens that came with it but I would like to get some more zoom, i think its now time to buy some more kit, I think the 55-200 lens will be good for me now and Ive been looking at the VR ones at Jessops but seen these ones at Argos today, it seems like the same lens but £100 less... What do you think? Is that cheap? Whats the catch?

As per thread title (and i appologise if this is in the wrong section!)- What's the difference between these two formats (if any), and can my current amp ( A Denon AVR-3802) decode it/read it!?

I've got a Infrant ReadyNAS NV+ and I'm looking for a media streamer that can also be a DVB recorder. The two options i think it comes down to are
A DVICO TViX M-4000 or a Apple MacMini.
The TViX is the cheaper box but Elgato's EyeTV is much better software.
Anybody any thoughts? Read Full Story

2. How many HD channels are there?

Got a PS3 and Xbox360 both needing to use the same optical in on my amp. Ive got a 2 in 1 out spliiter, and a 3 in 1 out switch style splitter. The PS3 sound is great, works in any of the splitter "ports". But the 360 sound goes no where, cant hear a peep.. Any ideas?
Is the 360 optical out signal particularly weak and not able to handle a splitter? Read Full Story
