The Redskins were already without starting running back Clinton Portis, who has missed the past two games with a concussion. Now they have lost back-up Ladell Betts to a knee injury for at least the rest of this game. There is no word on the extent of his injury. Betts had four carries for five yards before being injured. The Lions have the league's worst-ranked pass defense (271.7 yards per game allowed) and it's showing today. As bad as the Browns' offense has been in the past year, they've been equally explosive against the Lions in the first quarter of today's game.
