The Winner’s Circle – Last Day for the $1 Trial
How Case Studies Work How can you make money online? A very common question. But there are one hundred and one ways to answer the question. And most of the information you will find online is general: Find a product you can promote as an affiliate and do so. Find a niche, build a blog and add a sprinkling of ads. And general is vague. Vague instructions don’t motivate because there are no real life numbers attached to them. A case study from the Winner’s Circle, however, starts... Read Full Story

Just Write An Email
Cover via Amazon I wrote this article a long time ago, before I had a blog. It references Outlook, so it had to be a while ago. I haven’t used Outlook in a long time. After reading the about William Saroyan and how he wrote The Daring Young Man on the Flying Trapeze by writing a story a day for 30 days, I wrote 30 articles in the same time and spread them all over the internet. This was one of those articles. One I read over and think, who wrote this. But it does make a lot of sense. I ha... Read Full Story
Building Links Through DoFollow Forum Signatures
I haven’t written a link building post in a while, because for the most part, I was off investigating other things. And getting way too complex. When I realized it’s the things I think are simple and run-of-the-mill that people really are looking to learn about. So as people ask me questions, I note them and try to write a post. I used to hate questions. Taking someone from "What’s a signature?" to viewing browser source in one sitting may be hard, but hopefully, i... Read Full Story
The Inner Workings of the Twitter Machine
I am not quite sure why a made my last post a cliff hanger. To tell you the truth, I was running out of time and decided to just cut the post in two parts. The machine is rather simple and mine is geared to affiliate marketing, but I will explain it so that you can create one for just about any topic or industry. Now I now there will be questions about spam whenever any sort of automation enters the conversation. Spam is how you cook it. This Twitter account I actually use. The automation is... A Twitter Machine
I must admit I can’t help. I see one technology and try to attach it to another. And then another and another. I originally learned to program so I could create things. But now all I really have to do is look around for tools that work well together. I have had my first Twitter account for over a year now and just topped 1600 subscribers. With that account, I tweet things and go through new followers and follow anyone that interests me, manually. I rarely go looking for people for follow. My ... Read Full Story
Magento Beginner’s Guide
Image by Guido Jansen via Flickr Building an online store is not a walk in the park and I have developed a lot of them with osCommerce, ZenCart and even X-cart. Then I ran into Magento which has more potential than all three. But that doesn’t mean it is necessarily the easiest software to use. Anything that runs smooth and looks good on the frontend does have a lot going on in the backend. And Magento does take some getting used to. And Magento’s Beginner’s Guide is a great place to start. ... Read Full Story
Why You Might Not Be Making Money Affiliate Marketing
Shiny objects. Always with the shiny objects. You read an article about building a niche blog and you start. It takes work. But you are moving forward. You have yet to make a sale, but your traffic is picking up. You are getting into it. Then you happen upon an ebook about bum marketing. Well, you are started on the right direction. Let’s just try this instead and put the other one on hold. But of course, this is also a lot of work. But that other ebook that just came out last week is looking... Read Full Story

The Clickbank Facelift
Yesterday, in the middle of the day, I logged into Clickbank and was freaked out at first. Everything was red instead of blue. I double checked the domain, just in case I happened to type in the wrong url and had just entered my login details into a phishing site. Nope, the url was correct. So it seems that Clickbank changed colors a bit but that is not all. Now you can build and encoded affiliate url using Hoplink Shield. You can also paste and encoded url in and get it decoded. The point is... Read Full Story
