I think that your work should be integrated into your life as a whole and not compartmentalized. Part of this includes doing something that you like to do that you would probably be doing in some form even if you weren't getting paid for it. Internet businesses are perfect for this because you can work from home, which is key, and many of us would be on the Internet a lot anyway so making a living on the web is a natural outcropping of the natural flow of life.

I am a professional web content provider, and it is the perfect situation for me because I work from home, wear what I want, listen to the music of my choice, and do my work whenever I want to do it. I am a night owl of sorts, and I do my best work after 10:00 p.m. Where is it written that you have to work 8:00-5:00? I have never liked getting up early in the morning, and I am in a better mood and simply more productive if I allow my body to do what it wants to.

I know that many people will say that they don't have the "luxury" of working at home and setting their own hours. But if it sounds good to you, maybe you should try to make it happen. I didn't think I had the luxury either, until I tried and refused to quit.
