Dolly is lashing the US-Mexico coast with 120 mile-per-hour winds forcing evacuations on both sides of the border near Brownsville, Texas.

In a strange move to defend Senator Barack Obama and bash Senator John McCain, Vanity Fair has spoofed the recent New Yorker magazine cover that took a jab at Obama.

The trans-man and self proclaimed "World's First Pregnant Man," Thomas Beatie, has found his way back to the spotlight.

Warren Jeffs, who is already in jail for raping young girls, was indicted along with five other members of his Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints cult.
Willie Jessop, a spokesman for the church, said on Tuesday that members would face the accusations, according to The Associated Press.
“We’re actually quite shocked,” Mr. Jessop said. “As soon as we know who they’re looking for, we’ll try to face it. We believe in our innocence.”

Ross Palombo, a Texas news anchor, has been hired to replace Jason Bellini as anchor of "CBS on Logo."
According to Towleroad, the name "CBS News on LOGO" might actually get dropped. LOGO is expected to tie-in 365gay.com, a news website they purchased in 2006.
Palombo has also previously worked at KCBS in Los Angeles as well as KRON and KGO in San Francisco.
