Estate Plan

My husband and I married for almost 5 years and we talked once about when we die who will be got our property or other things that we have and he mentioned about getting an atty. to let someone plan it or when we die who will be the heirs of our assets. Anyway, we talked about it before I got pregnant and of course once we have kids, our kids will be the one to heirs everything. I have heard about estate planning and perhaps we could do it the right time or when we are ready. It would be a great idea, because before we die we will know who will take care of our assets and we do not need to worry anymore.
