Is There Any Open Source Script Similar To Yahoo Answers?

i am looking for an open source script similar to yahoo answers / google answers (r.i.p.). requirements: users should be allowed to ask questions and to post answers without registration but with moderation through an admin. questions and answers/comments should be organized by rating (also from users). thanks!
