Dehydration Dangers

When we’re born, we are 90% water.  As adults, we’re only 70% water and by the time we die, that number has dropped to just 50%.   Long    slow    death    by dehydration.  No wonder many older folks look like they’re “dried out” - they literally are!  And the tragedy is it is avoidable!  Cheaply and easily!

No, it’s not simply a matter of drinking lots of water (although that’s an excellent idea).  There’s more to it than that.  I could write a book on the reasons - and many other have already.  But for starters, I recommend this excellent two-part article from Natural News: The Dangers of Dehydration (Part I) and The Dangers of Dehydration (Part II)

Briefly, take good care of your kidneys and they’ll keep you young and healthy.

  • Ease up on your protein and sodium intake.
  • Eat lots more fresh food, especially salads (they alkalize you)
  • Consider a serious kidney cleanse to flush accumulated toxins before they turn into stones.  Because you don’t want to pass one of those babies!

And an excellent tool: alkaline ionized water.  It’s a ’secret’ the Japanese have known for decades.  They make their own super-antioxidant, super-hydrating, super-alkalizing water every day.
