Realtor.com Featured Listings for West Sand Lake NY and Averill Park NY

You can’t deny it - Realtor.com is the site for home searches.

And their site just keeps getting better. They have recently launched the new redesign of the site. They have added a section of funding home values (by viewing solds and market trends) and for finding neighborhoods (with a wiki and photos). They have moved the home search feature so that is simple and they have added a slideshow of homes in whatever area you are searching in.

Nearly 6.5 million consumers start their home search on REALTOR.com® each month, making it the No. 1 most-visited real estate site on the Internet, a position it has held since it was launched over 10 years ago.

As an added value and service for my clients I have decided to market all of my listings as Featured Listings on Realtor.com for the towns of West Sand Lake NY and Averill Park NY. So those homes that I list will appear on the top and bottom of each search that takes place in those towns and the areas around them (for example if someone searches for homes in Burden Lake NY my listings will still appear).
