You submit a winning 4 (four) minute organic recipe for a blender in one of four categories:

• Soups
• Sauces and Salsa
• Smoothies
• Desserts

Soups actually take a little longer in a Vitamix than four minutes - but not much - because they may take a little longer to get hot.

There will be four semi-finalists chosen, one for each category.
