Limiting Beliefs of Weight Loss

When it comes to your body, the elephant in the room is your thoughts. How do you think and what are your beliefs about yourself, eating well, exercising, etc.?

Before you do anything else, you owe it to yourself to think about this.

The good news is that you get the results you believe you can have. If you’re unhappy with your body, I urge you to question if you believe that you can change your body.

If you don’t think it’s possible, then your unconscious mind just works to carry out this belief, and no amount of dieting or exercising will change it.

Until you believe that you can truly transform your body, don’t go on a diet because it’ll be a waste of time. Instead, begin learning how to think in new ways. (I’ve put a video below to give you an example of what I mean.)

The guaranteed path to better beliefs and thoughts is to ask better questions. ex: How can I get the body I want? What can I learn from the last time? How can I enjoy the process, etc.

Get your mind right and the body will follow.

to your beautiful body,
Jim
