You Can Eat Meat If You Choose To

The BiG Eater Diet uses recipes that are based on vegetarian food. Vegetarian products have half the calories of meat products. You can eat twice as much for the same calorie content which assists in ensuring you feel full and can stay with the diet. Not all dieters want to use vegetarian food and the BiG Eater Diet recipes are effective using meat products however the quantites in the recipes must be half the vegetarian quantites.
