The Eagles have announced that DT Dan Klecko will now be the full time full back. Tony Hunt started the season at FB, but will go back to playing his natural position, RB.
When the Eagles signed Klecko in march, the original plan was for him to be the teams full back. That experiment did not last long, and he was quickly changed to defensive tackle. Scripted Plays Worked. Everything Else Failed: The Eagles first 15 plays of every game are usually scripted. The 15 the Eagles used in this game worked beautifully. Once Reid ran out of scripted plays, the offense went down the toilet.

An MRI revealed that Brian Westbrook has fractured ribs. Apparently this happened on the 9th play of the Eagles first drive against the Redskins yesterday. Westbrook was noticeably in pain on the sidelines, and left the game for a short period of time. He was able to finish the game, but did not play very well.
Andy Reid gave his usual nothing answer as to the availability of Westbrook for next week against the 49ers.

The Washington Redskins kicked the crap out of the Eagles today. The Eagles took an early 14-0 lead, and appeared to be on their way to victory, and then everything just fell apart.
