The muscle shapes have been suggested using thin layers of color to gradually build up the tonal values. At this stage I try to get the feel for the shapes by sculpting out the form. Read Full Story

Well sorry to those of you who have been getting a nice 404 error when trying to view my site for the past 2 days! I made the mistake of trying to do a simple task like using bloggers custom domain to access the cool gadgets they offer. Well, to make a long story short, I think everything was done correctly (according to support) but still neither my blog or website will display anymore...so back to the old blogger :) Tried and true and will lay off the custom domain until my nerves are less... I have added the grout around the bricks now & I think it turned out really well! I have also added more detail to the house and a couple more layers of blue to the sky. Read Full Story

I finally got an update online now I have been having blogger problems & my images would not load. I think it is the computer gods trying to get me off my computer and back to painting, it is working! I roughed in the bricks and used several layers for the sky but may still add a layer or two once the rest of the colors are brought up to completion. The windows have been blocked in but still need more layers of blacks to give more depth and then need to fill in the window pane to set it back... Read Full Story

Well a bit of time has passed since I started this demo as I had to reformat my computer to try to restore my webcam , only to find out that it is a hardware issue, not software so now I need to find my warranty for my computer... awk ! I never buy the extended warranty , perhaps I jinxed myself by buying it as I have only had the computer for less than a year... ok enough griping!
