I guess militaries around the world use pigs, goats and monkeys to train medics. The practice is called 'trauma and chemical casualty training.' Bud and Eric and Rome will not be called Sublime anymore. After their one and only show (minus the pub gig under the S*blime name) at Smokeout a few weeks ago, the band will need to continue under a new name, according to a legal ruling issued this week. The ruling cites the trademark and ownership of the band's name to founding member and principal songwriter Bradley Nowell, who requested the brand not continue under a band not containing himself.
