I know I posted this already but I had to repost it because their are so many people in the world who truly do not want to see folks succeed. Jealousy and envy is such bad thing to incorporate in your life. However, many folks seem to dwell on these things. So to all folks who don't want to see anyone succeed or get ahead in life...I just want to say, "HI HATER!" Cool Song from a fellow Brooklynite!

Well according to the Associated Press — Democratic candidate Barack Obama doesn't want the embattled mayor of Detroit on hand when Obama accepts the party's presidential nomination in Denver. I have to admit I agree, it would be a distraction. Currently Kilpatrick faces eight felony charges in a perjury case and two felony charges in an assault case. Even Obama's spokesperson stated that the focus should be on Obama at the nomination not on any other person. Source: Associated Press... Read Full Story
Well perusing Shae Shae's blog I came upon a wonderful post about a rapper (Ludacris) giving back to his community. The Ludacris Foundation was created in 2001 (officially) with the premise of making a difference in the lives of today's youth. It doesn't stop me from licking my lips when I view them. I mean come on Rihanna, you... Read Full Story

He actually is a comedian as well, so I wonder how he will have time to combine the two professions.

Bernie Mac has died in a Chicago-area hospital from complications due to pneumonia. He was 50. I love Bernie Mac. He was, in my opinion, a great entertainer (as well as comedian). Many know him from his show "The Bernie Mac Show," however many forget his career span was much longer than that Bernie Mac was an American actor and comedian. Born and raised on the South Side of Chicago, Mac gained popularity as a stand-up comedian. He joined comedians Steve Harvey, Cedric the Entertainer... Read Full Story
Ya mon, I know I have been gone a hot minute. Lots of personal challenges in my life right now, but I did miss my Old School Friday. Ms Grapevine and MarvalusOne have teamed up to create a meme titled Old School Friday and since I love my music I had to sign up to join! To join in the Old School Friday Fun go Here for guidelines. This week is ROCK MUSIC! I admit I am more of a "Classic Rock" then a hardcore rock lover.. My first choice was a group I listened to when I was younger. I don't... Read Full Story
