Ok I have been an employee for over 21 years 5 months about 5 years ago they started treating me like shit and trying to get me to quit.. Well a year and a half ago it got really bad soooooo I started to Video Tape everything from the road right down to my station HWOA in Hollywood Florida.. Fedex higher ups will still chop you down and turn it around to MAKE you wrong !..   Well they changed my rt (again !) and now I am doing 70 to 100 miles a day and just making it with the cutting back of start times. then on Fridays they make me start at 1:30 Pm and still expect me to not any lates WRONG ! Well they made all our routes bigger, my rt went from 30 miles a day to 70 to 100 miles a day and they want all of us to produce the same amount of work but in a bigger area.. Oh and then want us to do it in less time, they have cut back all our start times as well.. And I have a new area too it takes me 15 to 20 mins to even get out there, now on veterans day we treated it like a holiday.. I want to go off the ranting a little bit today and take a few days off after this post..You see its Friday and I just had to take the day off,  I  just could not go in today..The whole week has been more bullshit ..They cut my start time to a half hour later, giving my work away to the delivery drivers.. They say they have to cut back because of the summer, but why are the delivery drivers getting overtime then instead of cutting them off early and making them doing a pick up route if they... Well in the last post I covered parts of the delivery cycle, now I cover the Pick up side.. See in my station they try to squeeze every min or second out of you.. You have part time pick up drivers starting at 3:00 then you have full time mid-day drivers starting at 12 noon. as a pick up driver you have regular pick ups that you go to every day and they have set ready and close times.. Well I do have to say I love the Job and my customers, and if I wasn’t in a state that wasn’t 90 friggin degrees at 8 in the morning 10 months out of the year  I would love it even more.
