RIP Whitney-an "Off The Kufs" Tribute

The greatest voice of all has passed. I have been grieving the death of Whitney Houston since my wife told me last night. Not as much grieving Whitney- sure I am sad of course. Her addictions had taken her from me long ago, however. More grieving my past, my childhood, my innocence. I spent the three hours after I heard at our high school's semi-formal doing as much trolling social media about Whitney as I did proctoring. It's just, if you knew me once upon a time, Whitney music was my thing... Read Full Story
Stomach Bug or Food Poisoning?

I am not sure which I have, the bug or poison but I went all day yesterday with nausea and no food whatsoever. I also threw up bright, yellow bile on many occasions. I am a walking germ catcher these days! Hopefully today is a better day. Read Full Story
1,500 Blogs! In Consecutive Days!

It has been nearly four years of me posting a blog a day, every day! I thought for my 1,500th blog I would post what I wrote on February 17, 2008. Everyone thought Hillary Clinton was the nominee for the Dems and the GOP was working hard to discredit her. I was of the mindset that they were wrong, that Barack Obama was going to pull an upset and get the Dem nomination and then the Presidency. I explained why and it still scares me. Here it is, my 2nd blog ever: Monday, February 18, 2008... Read Full Story

There is something interesting to this story. Joe Paterno Died From More Than Lung Cancer Posted by Jeanne Sager on January 23, 2012 The official word is lung cancer killed former Penn State Coach Joe Paterno. It took 65 days for metastatic small cell carcinoma of the lung to work its way through his body. And yet, it's another organ that is dominating the news of the fallen coach's demise. The heart. How could it not? You can love JoePa or you can hate him. But for 62 years -- right up until... Read Full Story
Obama the Hypocrite

The libs are such hypocrites. This is another example. Obama Courts the Glitz Elite As Democrats mock Romney for being rich, Obama courts the very rich and very famous among the entertainment elite in New York and Los Angeles. By: L. Brent Bozell Saturday, February 04, 2012 9:18 AM EST While Democrats mock Mitt Romney for his alleged lack of interest in the “very poor” and focus their political pitch on income inequality, one can’t help noticing the Obamas running around to $35,000-a-head... Correct me if I am wrong but yesterday I just saw CBS Saturday Morning and some dip blond haired woman who is from Charles Schaub talked about how awesome the new job numbers are. The title said "Upbeat Unemployment Numbers". What the HECKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK? It is a blatant manipulation of numbers! We added 243K jobs for the month. And lost more. The 8.3 rate DOES NOT include those who stopped looking for work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Listen, the percentage of people working... Read Full Story

This photo in front of the White House has a man sitting on a park bench depressed. He is surrounded by all 44 presidents. In the forefront, seemingly intentionally ignoring the depressed man is President Obama. Obama seems to have his right foot stepping on the constitution. James Madison, the primary author, is next to Obama pleading with him to stop. The painting is called “The Forgotten Man” by Jon McNaughton. Read Full Story
Random Election and Political Thoughts

A few random thoughts... Kudos to Komen cancer group. Abortion, with the help of sonograms and science, is NO longer an issue. It is the killing of an innocent child. If Planned Parenthood wants to keep getting funding get out of the murdering babies business and ALL will be happy. Isn't Trump endorsing Romney the entire problem. People see him as a rich elitist and Trump is... Speaking of Mitt, blaming him for his wealth and success is SO dumb! It should be what we want in a leader. His... Read Full Story
