Easy coconut oil flapjack
Made some coconut oil flapjacks of my own today and they are really nice. Will be ideal for me as a quick breakfast alongside a protein shake when I haven't got much time and a great way to use the oil!I improvised a bit today, next time I will add some raisins or other dried fruit but forgot to get them when I shopped yesterday. Week 5 progress
Can't believe I am nearly halfway through the Fall Challenge!This week has been another good'n - nutrition wise, I have cut out bread a lot because I was feeling very bloated, only had a multi-grain bagel for breakfast yesterday and that was it. My digestive system feels a lot better for it so will carry on trying for once or twice a week. A great weekend
I have had a great weekend.  Very relaxing in many ways, spending time with my husband and friends and also enjoying the days and getting lots done.  On Saturday, we ended up blitzing the kitchen - washing the windows, cleaning down all the cupboards.  It felt great when we finished and also felt like I'd done an additional workout!  Spent the evening at a friends watching X Factor (yay, my favourite!), having a few glasses of wine and enjoyed a very healthy kebab.  We have a great kebab shop...
