Mid-season analysis
It's been awhile, but I wanted to comment on where Creighton is at so far this season. I've been able to see almost all of their games online and even attended their devastating loss against a solid Illinois State team. The Bluejays are having a Jekyll and Hyde-type season thus far. In some bouts they look like a legitimate top 30 team. The common denominators in these wins are good play by Read Full Story

There's plenty of room for optimism. Dana Altman took an unexperienced team and fought hard in the Missouri Valley Conference. The next few years are looking pretty sweet. We'll have two options at point guard, big guys who keep Read Full Story
Just like that
It only took one week for the Creighton Bluejays to implode. It started with a loss to Evansville, which should have never happened. The Jays had control of the game until the last few minutes when Evansville crept back on an unbelievable shooting night from the free throw line. That's no excuse. Creighton should have never lost that basketball game to a bottom-of-the-league team that was missing Read Full Story

Rivalry Week Matchup: Creighton v. Southern Illinois
The archrivals of the Missouri Valley Conference meet up in Omaha this Sunday when the Bluejays host the the Salukis for third place in MVC rankings. This is a must-have win for the Jays if they don't want to depend on winning Read Full Story
