Olweus Bully Criteria
Bullying is characterized by the following three criteria.
1. Is it aggressive behavior or intentional "harmdoing"
2. Is it carried out repeatedly and over time, and
3. It occurs within an interpersonal relationship characterized
by an imbalance of power.
