All Day Staff Meeting...
Our staff meeting got canceled yesterday and since Tuesday nights are my youth night it was great to not have to come in at 10am when I stay most Tuesday nights till 10pm. So I got to take half the day off and spend time with my family...
But today was an all day vision day...
So the trade off of a half day off yesterday meant a whole day with the staff dedicated to refocusing us on the vision of the church...
They always turn into long days of dialogue but I think it was worth it...
Good thoughts, good refocusing of the staff
But like all youth workers...definitely would rather be at the beach with students then in a staff meeting all day
