Too much, but oh so fun!

I’ve been playing far too much World of Warcraft. I love it though. I can’t help it, after being so intensely involved in a political process I just needed the mindlessness that a video game offers. It’s much more fun than a home console system though, in my opinion because I can play with my friends who live all over the country, or even my neighbors.

My favorite class is a paladin. It’s to the point where I have a hard time playing any other classes because I just love the paladin class so much. Some of my friends get annoyed with me because of my minor obsession, so I just tell them I am a self righteous bastard and being a paladin let’s me play the part! It’s kind of true. Haha.  In truth, I love the idea of being able to protect people, heal people, cleanse them of ewwy stuff, and fight as a holy warrior.

I also like the ability to heal myself.

Now, since the newest expansion has come out, Wrath of the Lich King from Blizzard Entertainment, many people have been playing the new hero class, Death Knights.  I have a level 80 already, as well as a level 80 paladin. It’s a bit tricky  trying to gear them both because they are on different servers. That means I can’t buy myself new stuff for my new character, I had to start from scratch.

I’ve been putting in quite a bit of time into the game latley though, and it’s been very enjoyable. However, my vacation time is ending and I am looking for work and all that fun stuff now. Finally managed to get my applicatoin in to the adminstratoin and had my first interview today. Who knows, maybe it will lead to something. We’ll have to see!
