Mr. Grump and the Inauguration Tickets!

I am sure at least someone is out there wondering where I have been. Well, frankly, after the election ended, I crashed. I mean, I was suddenly lost. I had so much focus and juice flowing through me for the campaign and doing everything I could. It was a race, you know, do everything you can in the smallest amount of time, and then YAY VICTORY! then…. “Now what?”

I’ve been stuck on the “now what” for awhile now. I think I am finally coming around. I’ve been incredibly moody, grumpy, happy, grumpy, happy, moody…all of that within the same short amount of time. As you can imagine, that’s pretty unbearable to live with, so my girlfriend had to “slap” me around a few times here and there. (Not in the literal sense, though…maybe that would have helped too. haha) Anyway, she’s been a real trooper to stick around and deal with my annoying, grumpy ass through all of this. So, I just wanted to say Thank you baby, I love you and appreciate it.

Now on to other news:

I was planning, or rather, am still planning on going to the inauguration of Barack Obama, however, there has been some issues with getting my tickets, so it may or may not happen. I am not entirely sure what is going on with it, but I was supposed to have them three or four days ago and they have not arrived. I’ve contacted the proper people and they tell me they are working on it, so I am sure I will hopefully get them before the day of the Inauguration.

But, what if I don’t? That will really piss me off I think. I was not going alone, I had a ticket for a friend (my Girlfriend can’t get off of work) who was going to drive all the way up to Michigan to pick me up and we were going to go on a road trip for it. Just for this.  Hopefully it will all work out. At least “they” have kept in touch with me to let me know what is going on with the process, for the most part.

We’ll have to see what happens I guess.
