This is a very interesting Item, I'm not sure what it depicts, but I suspect it is somekind of spider, an its large, measuring approx. 2" X 2" X 1/2", and there are no markings, it looks as though it might have had a gold vermeil at one point, and it could be silver, but has not been tested, so please don't bid on it thinking its silver.
