The August 2009 Homes Sales Report for Maricopa County, AZ is in and the news is pretty good overall. The median sold price for single-family homes was $139,000, slightly higher than the $136,000 median sold price in July 2009. The median sold price for townhomes and condominiums was $105,000, which was also higher than the $96,600 from the previous month.
