Connecting with your essence

Introduction
At any time in your life, your essence is making many choices you are unaware of. Many times these choices may cause discomfort or bring up resistance. For example, your essence may be infusing a different energy in your physicality, causing a structural reintegration, quickly replacing and regenerating many of the cells existing within your skeletal structure. This brings an extra burden on the rest of your body which you feel on a conscious level and do not like because it is not your conscious mind that has chosen this.
Going Beyond Resisting Your Essence
Most of you tend to resist any changes taking place within you energetically or on a physical level that you don't feel 100% in conscious control of and compliant with. If there's anything going on with you on an essence level, you tend to put up some resistance to that, especially if you do not have intellectual awareness of it. This is part of your learning to simply flow and move along with what is going on.
In general people tend to resist change. It's in some ways part of the physical plane experience. You want to, as humans, understand, know and agree to anything that happens to you. You want to feel that you are more or less in control of the situation.
So when you're not 100% completely connected to essence - and only a few people are - then you're going to feel some elements of feeling out of control when essence is prompting you, prodding you or welcoming certain energies that you may not have complete and total conscious awareness of.
Question: What can the average person do about this?
Talking With Essence
Being more consciously aware of yourself on a deep essence level and the choices that you make in a wider scope of reality will help - but that can also draw you somewhat out of the present moment experience. Have this wider perspective means being a little more objective, and it's very difficult to maintain perfect objectivity when you are faced with making a choice that affects you on various levels - economically, socially, and emotionally - because you're invested with the outcome of a choice. It's part of being human.
You can, however, enlist your Self at an essence level as an ally and friend.
Have imaginary conversations with your Self on this wider perspective soul level. Simply talk about "if I make this choice, what will happen?" or "What choices are you trying to make on my behalf, that I'm not completely aware of". The more conversation you invite and the more interaction you invite, the more closer connection you will naturally create through this exercise.
It may seem silly at first - you may feel like you're talking to no one or talking to the voice in your head that does not exist - but we can assure you that for the majority of people, this is very helpful.
You are connecting with more of You. Your essence is your Self.
Having awareness of your physical responses
Aspects of meditation and meditational activities are also helpful in feeling at a physical level what is going on with you on an energetic level. It is revealing and enlightening for you when you have any increased conscious awareness of how your body reacts to stimuli and thoughts.
For instance, imagine that there is a person in your life who has been difficult and that your interaction with that person has been uncomfortable. When you think about this person it will provoke a physical response in you. You will feel something in your body, and you can train yourself to become more aware of that physical response. Once you are more aware of the physical response, you automatically have more control over the that response. You can, at some level, choose to have it or not to have it.
We don't advocate pushing it away. You'll likely want to accept this physical response. Your body may be thinking, "this person is uncomfortable in my life. When I think about them and stomach tightens and I get this sensation all over that feels very uncomfortable - and I associate that feeling with that person." Pushing this away is not going to help, because if you have disengaged yourself from the awareness of that response you you're still going to have the physical response. In that case, the energy in you is still moving through your body in the same way, having the same (possibly) detrimental effects on your body, but you're now not aware of it. This can lead to many chronic health issues.
You don't want to push it away - but you do want to acknowledge it more deeply and thoroughly. You can say that instead of having that particular response, perhaps you would like to create a different response in yourself when you think about this person. With awareness and conscious creation, you can create instead this sensation of floating on a cloud in the sky, where you have no cares. That would feel a lot better to you than this tightening in the stomach and this overall tension that you are used to associating with that person.
What is going to happen after a time when you begin to teach yourself to respond to your thoughts of that person by thinking of yourself as floating on cloud up in the sky? You're going to have a different effect on the energy moving through your body. Then the energetic signals that you give out all around you - including to that person that you think of from time to time - are going to change as well. Instead of being full of tension and fear, they are going to be perhaps more peaceful.
This eventually has a very different effect in your interaction with that person, how you view that person - and how they view you. It creates further ripples amongst your friends and community that help create further changes in your life and on the planet.
You can apply this technique to any situation in your life.
