When George Terry Dinnie left his home to walk his dog, his 2500-gallon water pond was full. When he returned some 90 minutes later, it was absolutely empty! A group of young men were apparently playing cricket when heavy rains forced them under a nearby tree for shelter. Lightning struck the tree and all six men. Authorities received several emergency calls and when they responded, one of the boys was convulsing and another was in cardiac arrest. All were taken to the hospital, where they remain.
