If you’ve been following my story you already know that I’ve been possessed with fear of public speaking for as far as I can remember.

Well guess what? Last week Tuesday I did my big presentation without fear! Thanks to Morty Lefkoe and the lefkoe Method I got rid of my phobia and all it’s symptoms in less than 4.5 hours of actual work in 2 days total.

Honestly, as I waited for my time to present I was on the way to being a nervous wreck. I’d done a lot of research and put so much trust in the lefkoe method that I couldn’t have imagined that I would have done if it had failed me. I was prepared to be angry and demand my refund, had it not worked. Then after my introduction I stood up without fear, walked to the podium without fear and spoke without fear for at least 10 minutes!

I felt like all hope of fearless public speaking would be gone if this hadn’t worked but as soon as I got up to speak my fears went away - it was time to prove that it worked. Not once did my heart beat fast, not once were my palms sweaty… I was as calm as if I were talking to my sister.
