Last week I had the pleasure of working in New York City. I planned a few hours to walk around the city before getting back on a plane to come home. I’m so glad I did. Was I surprised today! So surprised I was actually shocked! Pleasantly shocked and surprised by the action of a single employee. Last year I was in New Mexico and I lost my cell phone. Years ago I volunteered to set up a computer for my father-in-law. The first time it only lasted about 6 minutes. I opened the box and started to pull it out, when he asked me to stop. A few weeks ago leaving a local drugstore – I felt trapped. I was alone with the cashier! Or so it seemed.
