so long and farewell

things come and things go.  i’m a firm believer that nothing  in life stays the same, and that isn’t a bad thing.  if people never changed they would develop into a mundane person living a stagnant life.  i’ve done a lot of changing over the past months and am actually very excited about what the future holds for me.  now here’s the thing.  as excited as i am, i no longer have the desire to share it with you.

::side note - i just reread that last sentence and yes, i realize how cold that sounds::

this website has helped me have an escape. its helped me vent.  its been a great release.  i know that though it i have learned a great deal about myself and for that i am most appreciative.  its been a little over a year now since that first post, and now i get to share with you my last.

i’d like to thank you for riding along with me for the journey that is my life.  i’m not shutting the site down, mainly because i have reference to this site on my business cards.  even though i’m a different person than i was during the stages of campfire anthems, i have nothing i’m ashamed of and nothing to hide about my past.  i’m not sorry for anything i ever wrote or posted.

so as i start a new chapter of my life and begin to turn the page of time, i bid you adieu and offer my thanks.  its been a fun ride, but as any fun ride goes, you eventually have to get off and walk away.
