I just found myself scarfing down another yummy burger from Five Guys Burgers. This seems to be a new chain of burger joint that is taking our NorthernVirginia area by storm. The Washington Nationals home game against Chicago. We will be club level at the brand new National Park. Despite being last in the division it will be fun to take my 3 year old son to his first game ever! Knowing the trends for this team winning (38-70) are not in our favor its a good gamble we will probably want to leave early to avoid the crowds stampeding me and my young one, I’m guessing this will coincide nicely with my 3 years olds attention span…..Either way I’m tota... We promoted here, there and everywhere. We showed it a dozen times. We held open houses and surveyed the daily usage of our lock box and finally YES finally we got an offer! Scott and his team massaged his buyer such that the price our client wanted was met and the deal is to be closed in jsut another 2 weeks.
