Banish the Blahs
All 3 of the Tate sisters enjoy writing. Sister Nancy aka Ohme and I both enjoy Squidoo. Sister Betty has been published in regional magazines and enjoys editing for Developmental Therapy/Developmental Teaching programs.
As part of Pat O'Bryan's Portable Empire University, I was convinced that I needed to write an e-book, but could not decide on a subject. One evening, Betty and I were chatting via Instant Messenger and one of us was down in the dumps. We began tossing ideas back and forth about how to break that "blue" mood. Suddenly I said, "there's the e-book. We simply will take these things we know so well and make them into a book." And Banish the Blahs and Be Happy was born!
Note: Banish the Blahs is not a cure for clinical depression - though I wish it was. Banish the Blahs is, however, a book that will help you get over a normal case of the everyday blues.
