This is the first in a series of posts detailing, “What I Love About CarbonCopyPRO.”

First, I love how Carbon Copy PRO continually improves the quality and quantity of the services provided to members. They never rest on their laurels. They ask for feedback and suggestions. They listen.

Recent additions and improvements include:

• * In the last six months a large, comprehensive training program has at least doubled in size. Twice as much material, such as videos, recorded training calls, written tutorials, and more have been added to the back office in just the last six months. Many companies start off with some decent training but then it stagnates. Not CCPro.
   
• * Renewed emphasis on realistic goal-setting and expections. Here is an outline of the second section of the training program, which covers those topics:

• * Rapid Response Technology - When someone submits an application we immediately receive a text message with detailed information about the applicant’s goals. This allows us to call most applicants within a couple of hours, if not right away.
