Learning To Coach Tip 1
A small tip to remember when building a downline:
Don’t build someone’s business for them.
There’s a huge difference between coaching someone, and doing something for them. A productive downline takes the initiative to learn themselves. If they don’t, you must let them be. Pressuring anyone into anything they don’t want to do will lead to an unstable downline, and an unpleasant experience for all involved.
Make sure to provide a clear and manageable path for people to follow, but don’t reward laziness by stepping in and doing work for someone looking to take shortcuts. Learn to motivate and guide someone to their own success, and your downline will grow on its own.
