When I was a child, my toiletries were the same with my parents. It was because my mom and dad were practical and maybe they didn't knew that the kids' skin and scalp are different from adults. This was the reason why I think I have a dry and coarse hair when I became conscious about how my hair looks.
Since we are now living in this modern day of age, I am now more aware that kid's toiletries should be different from adults. As a mom, I want to give the best for my son even though it will... Read Full Story

When husband and I got married, most of the gifts we have received were flat irons, oven toasters and kitchen wares. We didn’t have a gift registry since I was shy to demand the guests for gifts but I realized after the wedding that a good and nice mattress or even just a bed sheet would be nice a gift for a new couple.
Since the mattress that we were using at that time was 10 years old already, we had no choice but to buy a new one. I was surprised that there were lots of mattresses in the... Read Full Story

Steve Chambers is a 50 yr old artist who has arthrogryposis syndrome, meaning he can not use his arms and legs efficiently. But this did not stop him in pursuing what he loves doing: painting. Looking at his artworks, you would not believe that such fine detail can be achieved by using a paintbrush with his mouth.
“To me using a paint brush with my mouth is like you using your hand to pick up a spoon. I don’t find it difficult because I have never known anything different since I was a... Read Full Story

As I have mentioned in my previous post , I planned to join the Run to Save Lives! Run for Breastfeeding! last Feb.4 at the SM Mall of Asia. The assembly time was 5:00am so I woke up as early as 3am just to finish some household chores, clean myself up and go out the house at around 4am to be able to arrive on time at MOA.
Since there were a lot of runners, walkers, bikers who love to go to MOA to have a morning exercise, I thought there will be many available passenger jeeps in the area... Read Full Story

This is a diecast image of Optimus Prime in vehicle mode based on the live Transformers movies. It measures approximately 3.5 inches in length almost the same scale as Hotwheels car models. I’m going to tell you of the bat that this item does not transform into a robot, but even though it doesn’t, I love it because my son actually enjoys playing with it.
It is part of Hasbro’s Speed Stars: Metal Heroes toyline. On the bottom side of each toy vehicle is an image of the particular... Read Full Story
