Six Degrees: John Oliver Edition
It hasn’t been very long since the last Six Degrees, but this John Oliver news is time sensitive, and I imagine it would be of interest to very many of you as you plan your summer weekends!
John Oliver (Correspondent, The Daily Show with John Stewart) will be appearing at the Comix in New York City on Friday, July 24, Saturday, July 25, and Saturday, July 26. There will be two shows each night. You can visit this page to get further information and buy tickets.
Although it is indeed rather expensive, but I highly recommend this show! Comix is relatively small, which gives it a very pleasant atmosphere. You are seated at tables as at a restaurant, but they’re arranged so you can see the stage.
It should go without saying, but if you need to be reminded that John Oliver is a very funny individual, please enjoy this clip from his Comedy Central special Terrifying Times.
