Their mean, their tough and you don’t want to mess with them. We live in the bad part of town and these two run the joint. They’ll rub their snotty nose on your clean shirt, put peanut butter finger prints on your new jeans, squeal louder and higher than your neighbors house alarm and when your not looking they will steal all the black olives from your Greek salad.
If you watch them closely though, you will find they have a soft side. This shot was of the two on the way home from feeding... Read Full Story

My oldest daughter is now talking quite well. It is amazing the things that she comes up with and figures out on her own. However she can’t say the sound ‘S’. It sounds like Hhhhh with lots of Phlegm.
So it is fun to listen to her talk about the Hhhhhhhhun (sun) or when she asks for Hhhhanichis (sandwichs).
But the best one is after it rains she loves to run to the window and look for the rainBONE in the sky! Read Full Story

It was a fun Christmas. Grandmas, grandpas, uncles, aunt, cousins and lots of food. The girls where really excited. Joy wanted to help everybody open there gifts. It took Olivia a while but by the third Christmas party Olivia wanted to open every gift she could. My favorite was to watch them open there big doll house with 30 pieces of furniture. They were kind of tired of opening gifts but we convinced them to open the one wrapped in “Cinderella” wrapping paper. Once they had it opened, that... Read Full Story

Jr. is on his way. I’m going to have a son! So we had to go buy a little blue outfit today.
Ultrasounds shows he is strong, healthy, good looking and lots of brains, just like his dad! We had to get some extra tests done but everything looks good. They say he is big but then again all our babies were very long. He will be the first of his generation to carry on the family name. Read Full Story

This photo was at my grandma’s house or in Swedish it would be farfarmor. In Swedish far means father and mor means mother. A grandma on my father’s side is farmor and my grandpa on my father’s side is farfar, then a grandma on my mother’s side is mormor and a grandpa on my mother’s side is a morfar.
So following that logic my daughters have a far, a mor, a farfar,a farmor, a morfar, a mormor, a farfarmor, a farmormor, a morfarmor, and a mormorfar. When I was a little boy their I meet... Read Full Story

Those pesky little weeds! I am training my little girls to hunt down and destroy dandelions. Although right now they think they should blow the seeds all over the lawn. This was in Alberta, at least 600 km from home so I didn’t mind so much. Besides it is funny to watch them blow as hard as they can to see only one little seed float through the air. Read Full Story

We drove nearly 5000 kilometers and our little girls did great. It was their first long trip and they got to see 23 of their relatives which includes seeing 3 great grandmas for the first time. We also visited a car and airplane museum, a zoo, a train museum and several thousand bails of hay. After many hours of driving in a perfectly straight line, I am happy to be back where the only straight road is in the parking lot of Superstore and you wear out your brakes in a month or two.
I did... Read Full Story
