I went to the UPS store to ship a couple of packages for Christmas and got royally screwed over. Mind you, I needed them to box up the two packages and I have no problem paying for that service. I didn't have time. My problem is the actual freight charges for a 5 pound box and a six pound box, both with a guaranteed delivery date before Christmas.
