Change of Domain & Return to Blogging

Obviously, it’s been a while since I’ve made any posts.  After some decision weighing, I decided that I’m going to change the focus of the blog a little bit and make it more personal-professional than primarily professional. Because of this, I’m removing it from C3OC.com’s consulting site and moving it to my personal domain.  The new domain for the blog is blog.mesritz.us and I’ll be putting my musings up here while I work on a redesign and rebranding of my personal site as well.  The target that I’m putting up for myself is to complete the redesign by the end of the year.

Throughout the month of August, I’m finishing up my Bachelors of Business Administration and my Bachelors of Management degrees.  My last classes finish on September 1st, so I’m very near the end! This means I’ll be doing some research and working on posts, but I won’t necessarily put a lot of posts up until that time except as references to other blogs.  My personal musings may be cut shorter.

The new topic of the blog is:

Management, Human Resources and Life in a Customer Focused World

I’ll be talking about how to work in and run a call center, how to really push customer centricity, and how to be a customer focused employee or manager.  I’ll be talking about handling employees and customers as well as management up the chain.  I’ll be talking about strategizing and long range development towards sucess of your center.  Finally, I’ll be talking about life in a customer focused world .. things I see, hear or think about.

I hope that you’ll find this refocusing of the blog to be of interest.
