My perfect Tiramisu

I seldom get to experience the perfection of a Tiramisu…I got to visit Beijing again for the 4th time and had a chance to visit this famous Italian restaurant called Annie’s.

I came in and scanned around, saw a family finishing their meal and having one cup which looks like ice cream. In my mind..”must be a best-seller I should try”.

This sealed the deal for this Italian experience in an unusual location –Beijing China. I would have ordered another round if I hadn’t loaded myself with so much carbo.

Creamy, Soft…not too sweet. This was a perfect Tiramisu in an lovable Italian restaurant. Spotted..for keeps.
